The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA), speaking at the opening ceremony of the joint Afghan-Kazakh international exhibition in Kabul today, stated that Afghanistan is free from the nests of Daesh, but three neighboring countries have provided a conducive environment for the presence of Daesh in the region. One country contributes human resources, another is involved in training, financing, and promotion activities, while the third country facilitates its attacks.
Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqii made these statements today at the opening ceremony of the joint Afghan-Kazakh international exhibition in Kabul, expressing gratitude that Daesh (ISKP) does not have any hideouts in Afghanistan. Unfortunately, three neighboring countries of Afghanistan have provided a foothold for Daesh (ISKP) in the region.
Mawlawi Amir Khan Muttaqi emphasized, «If these three countries fulfill their responsibilities, there will be no issues in Afghanistan and the region.»
It is essential to note that Mr. Muttaqi did not disclose the names of specific countries. However, the majority of Tajik and Pakistani citizens have been apprehended and eliminated in Afghanistan in connection with the attacks orchestrated by ISKP.
Tajik citizens have been manipulated as vulnerable individuals for Khorasani Khawarij. These individuals have been involved in nearly all suicide attacks in Afghanistan and have been utilized by the Khawarij in other regions beyond Afghanistan.
Furthermore, ISIS fighters from abroad are entering Afghanistan through Turkey and Iran. Pakistan has also become a planning and training center for the ISIS Kharijites, as the remaining leadership of the Khorasani Kharijites sought refuge there following the group’s defeat in Afghanistan. Currently, ISIS is training its fighters in Pakistan and issuing commands to carry out attacks on civilians, military targets, religious sites in Afghanistan from there.
