According to «Al-Mirsaad» sources, a high-ranking IS-K commander of Pakistani origin was killed along with his Tajik accomplice in the Pakistani province of Balochistan.

According to sources, the eliminated commander, Asim Baloch, is from Mastung district (Balochistan). After a series of attacks on IS shelters in the area, he was forced to leave his native place. Recently, unknown gunmen in the Khuzdar region shot him and his foreign partner.

According to sources, the Tajik citizen killed along with Asim only recently joined the ranks of the Islamic State and lived with him. The IS-X organization has repeatedly attracted Tajik militants to carry out attacks in Afghanistan.

The incident followed reports of the killing of another IS-H commander named Hassan in Karachi. A native of Peshawar, he trained militants and coordinated attacks on Afghan territory.
