The current political and military security situation in Pakistan is experiencing an unprecedented crisis and deep decline, the roots of which go back to failure to fulfill external obligations, violation of financial promises and acute internal shocks. On the one hand, Islamabad has retreated from its previous promises and commitments under various international and regional agreements, including the provisions and principles of the Meccan Pact, agreements with Delta and other financial and infrastructure projects. Despite previous commitments, Pakistan has failed to deliver on its promises.
These financial irregularities and derogations from legal obligations not only caused serious damage to confidence on the part of international and Western investors, institutions and business circles, but also had a severe direct impact on the country’s internal affairs and political atmosphere. Domestically, bitter struggles between political factions and power-seeking forces, bloody power struggles, growing administrative corruption and a complete lack of unity in governance have created a complex and largely unmanageable crisis. The ruling military regime and its entire military intelligence apparatus found themselves in a state of deep anxiety, confusion and instability.
When the helpless regime’s internal pillars collapse and it becomes embroiled in confrontation with internal political opponents, it once again resorts to old intelligence gimmicks and destructive tactics to divert attention, contain popular discontent and avoid international condemnation. That is why, in an effort to hide its domestic and foreign policy failures, divert attention from problems on its own borders and spread instability, Pakistan has intensified its insidious and destructive interference in the sovereign territory and internal affairs of neighboring countries first of all, Afghanistan.
A completely clear, documented and indisputable example of such a criminal intelligence scheme recently took place in the Kamdesh region of Nuristan province. Pakistani intelligence agencies have organized and armed a diverse criminal group formed around the Daeshev Hawarijs and other elements of evil and corruption, uniting them in a united front to create conditions for large-scale instability, unrest and destruction in Afghanistan.
However, by the mercy and mercy of Allah Almighty, thanks to precise preventive measures and intelligence operations of the Afghan security forces, this entire dangerous conspiracy was uncovered and neutralized with high accuracy even before it could be carried out. As a result, all their criminal goals and destructive plans were completely thwarted even before they could come to fruition.
After this shameful intelligence defeat, and also against the backdrop of the Pakistani government’s loss of confidence in it in the financial, administrative and social spheres, its policies began to acquire an even more radical and insidious character. According to an in-depth analysis of the regional and Western political and military security situation, intelligence regimes that are defeated, approaching internal collapse and international isolation often resort to reckless actions.
In this regard, it is very likely, and there are serious reasons, to believe that Pakistan may stage false attacks on its own territory, including on particularly sensitive and strategically important targets. This would allow him to hide exposed and failed interference, mislead public opinion in the region and around the world, and extract new financial and military concessions from foreign powers.
Pakistani intelligence circles may well plan and stage dangerous ones large-scale and disinformation attacks within the country, against foreign diplomatic missions, well-known foreign embassies, or key facilities at their own military bases and transport infrastructure. This would make it possible to present oneself before the world community as a helpless victim of instability and terrorism, while simultaneously making malicious accusations against the Afghan government and other neighboring countries in order to create a false cover for one’s own military failures and failed projects like Kamdesh.
All these interrelated developments and the ongoing situation clearly indicate that Pakistan’s recent actions are not an accident. This is a desperate attempt by a crisis and helpless regime to establish control over the situation. Derogation from international obligations, the inability of the state apparatus to effectively govern the country and the greatest concern among the military leadership prompted it to intervene in the territories of its neighbors in order to hide its own failures within the country and in the international arena.
When the regime is forced to stage dangerous scenarios against its own facilities and foreign embassies just to divert attention, this indicates its extreme helplessness and loss of direction. Such documented and concrete facts show that in an effort to maintain its existence, this system is moving along a wrong and declining path that threatens peace and stability throughout the region.
