After experiencing defeat in the national and regional political spheres, and losing its foothold, Daesh attempted to revive its defunct movement.

This organization, whose primary objective involves fomenting sectarian and ethnic conflicts, has embarked on pursuing its goals.

Daesh, whose violent and terrorizing nature has become apparent to all, now believes that it must take action to impose its ideology and demonstrate activity in this regard. Consequently, it has resolved to sow discord among the prevailing ideologies and sects within a political entity, seeking to exploit this situation.

Daesh, which is itself a product of global arrogance, consistently endeavors to foment civil strife among Muslims and undermine the Islamic Ummah in the face of its adversaries. Nonetheless, when ISIS extends the reach of sectarian conflicts and discord, it must be unequivocally acknowledged that this group functions as a tool of the enemies of religion.

Indeed, the strategy of the adversaries of Islam is to endorse such factions and organizations within Muslim societies in Islamic nations, which can assist them in attaining their overarching objectives.

The act of mutual bloodshed and internal conflicts essentially amounts to proxy warfare orchestrated by the foes of Islam. By stoking sectarian tensions, Daesh aims to realize gains through this avenue and facilitate the progression towards its aims.

The existing system, which respects all individuals under its authority and regards them as citizens, is under attack by Daesh in order to demonstrate to the world and followers of various sects that only they have a place within the governing structure.

Nonetheless, the leaders of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan have refuted this misguided perception of Daesh and its adherents in various forums, emphasizing respect for their citizenship rights.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has chosen to honor all Islamic doctrines and has pinpointed those who are foes of Islam saturated with discord and terror, vowing to hold them accountable for their malevolent and terrorist deeds.

In reality, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has never condoned sectarian strife in society and will not permit this issue to emerge.

The phenomenon of scholarly disagreements among sects is undeniable, however, this should not translate to the escalation of these differences within society and the transformation of debates regarding differing perspectives and scholarly analysis into the catalyst for political and combative conflicts.

Daesh, an inherently malevolent entity for humanity, seeks to prolong its existence by exploiting these differences, but it must acknowledge that the people of Afghanistan have attained understanding and awareness, thus no longer affording legitimacy to this malevolent phenomenon (sectarian conflicts).

In conclusion, we offer the following verses to them: «Indeed, your Lord is Ever Watchful,» «Indeed, they are devising a plan, and I am devising a plan.» They scheme, but Allah’s plan will undoubtedly supersede theirs, and this maneuver they aim to construct as a barrier to the unity of the Islamic Ummah, Allah Almighty will foil it with their own scheming because Allah Almighty lies in wait for them and will exploit every move they make against themselves.

In conclusion, we offer the following verses to them:

«إِنَّ رَبَّكَ لَبِالْمِرْصَادِ» «إِنَّهُمْ يَكِيدُونَ كَيْدًا، وَأَكِيدُ كَيْدًا»

Translation:

«Indeed, your Lord is ever watchful,» «Indeed, they are planning a plan, and I am planning a plan.»

They plot, but Allah’s plan will undoubtedly prevail over their plot, and this process that they want to create as an obstacle to the unity of the Islamic Ummah, Allah Almighty will defeat them with their own plot because Allah Almighty is lying in wait for them and will use every step they take against themselves.

The populace and mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate will quash this maneuver and this malevolent phenomenon and will emerge triumphant over them.
